How long before I receive my order?

Keep in my that your order is handmade right at the time of your purchase!
The time to process your order is 24 hours. Then, once your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States.

All products are handmade in the US.
Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days
Expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, we currently only ship to the US, but this will be changing very soon! Stay tuned for updates.

What carrier do you use?

Jala Skin currently uses UPS and USPS. We’re continuously exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.

How much is shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $50.00.
Standard US Shipping: $5.50-$7.50
Expedited US Shipping: $7.50-$10.00
Shipping costs are calculated based off of the weight of your items.

Where are the products made?
All products are handmade in the US.


Are your products natural?

All products, including our preservatives are natural and organic ingredients.
Make sure to take notice of the shelf life of your products.


Do you test products on animals?

We do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.


Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products are formulated to be safe for all skin types.
Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns. Also take notice of the ingredient list if you have any allergies.


What temperature do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your Jala Skin in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.


What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of the products, sanitary purposes, and COVID 19, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. We will be introducing a store credit program in the near future. If you received an order with any errors, please email us with proof of receipt at jalaskincare@gmail.com.

What forms of payment do you accept when paying for an order?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What is your replacement policy?

Once packages are dropped off with USPS, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this occurs please contact UPS or USPS. At  checkout, we provide the option to choose shipping with insurance included, to further secure your package.
